Why Epson T10 won’t print out and reminds me to replace my cyan cartridge even if i’m only using the black one?
I have set the preference to be black ink only. Whenever I want to print my documents, the reminder to replace cyan cartridge keeps on popping up.
Do i have to have all three colours even if I’m only using the black one?
Please help me as I need to print out something urgently.
Yes, you need all colors installed in the cartridge. All cartridges should have ink still inside of them.
